twinkleD is it full strength coke or diet coke? i only like diet but try not to drink too much too often as it has aspartame in it which is linked to altzheimers disease. it is nice though. yum yum.. especially with a nice pizza.

twinkleD i have an upper arm reader. the www.bloodr.com software is perfect for you as you can keep a track on all of the readings you take with your wrist monitor. if you do regularly see your doctor reckon they will love the printouts.

twinkleD i suffer from bp and am loosing weight to try to combat the silent killer. i also have a home monitor and track my bp with online tracking software www.bloodr.com still high bp but hope healthy living and keeping good records will help me.
