vittos Well, actually I don't like it. First, because like you already noticed it's slow and at least I think it's more confusing to work with, than before. Innovating is good, but when it starts to happen to often it's more likely to go worst then to go better....

vittos try to make a conversation first, it pretty much helps you get an idea of what kind of person you're talking with. I'm not talking about a long and interrogating conversation, I mean a couple of words. This helps me a lot and then I can decide what to do.
