vworld4u Agreed! Being happy and working hard during the day surely helps getting out of insomnia. But it is not possible to be happy everytime as we are human beings and tend to be affected by our external world and its impacts. But I appreciate your advice. Thanks

I do not have a sleep schedule or a fixed standard number of hours sleep. So, there is no term 'insomnia' for me. Quality of sleep is more important than the schedule or amount. I can sleep and wake up at any time. How about you?
