Waizujin Often times they are spam to me. Although some have quality questions or topics, but many I think are made JUST to make money. It annoys me a bit, but I can't blame them to much, who doesn't want money? I still don't like spammers though. :P

Waizujin After 6 months I probably would quit. I have great success at promotion and recognition wherever I go usually so if they don't give me some, then I might ask what I am doing wrong or just quit. If I can find another job that is.
