weprosperonline I think it is better to see your OB-Gyne to make sure and ask what is causing you pain and give you proper treatment if ever there is something wrong with you (but i hope everything is fine).

weprosperonline Yes i do. And i often use penne in my carbonara and penne salada because white sauce goes best with penne pasta. And even sometimes, i use penne in my macaroni and cheese. For me, they have more texture and easy to eat than spaghetti.
