wilsonbeca I work in pathology and growing up bacteria is part of my job...its amazing how small of an amount can cause a stomach upset. Taking food into the toilet is bad hygiene practice and should be avoided at all costs.

wilsonbeca Yes really easy to do at home and you dont need to go out and buy extra equipment. I use soup cans for my weights. It may not seem like very much weight but once you do a few sets of lifting them they feel very heavy

wilsonbeca Was chased by a Great Dane the size of a horse when I was a kid and everytime I see one I still get a little terrified. I think the fact that because I am short and when they jump up they are taller then me is a little unsettling.

wilsonbeca I love chocolate but most of it gives me a migraine if I eat too much. If its something like a chocolate shake im fine but if i eat a whole chocolate bar then I can expect a headache to be following pretty closely behind it
