winstonyee I also have the same problem. There's a charge when you transfer cash from neobux to paypal and I don't want to get charged as much as possible so I want it to be transferred to alertpay. So any thoughts please? Thanks!

winstonyee My girlfriend is an Avon dealer... She just pass by in Avon branch in Cubao. What I know is that they need valid ID. Registration is no hassle as far as I know. You should try it. You'll have no loss in registering. ^_^
