wwplfd81 My culdesac is like a soap opera. There is relative peace right now, but usually there is someone calling the HOA on someone else, or making threats, or taking someone to court, or calling animal control. There is never a dull moment here.

wwplfd81 For me at least eating more earlier in the day is definitely better. Most of my night time eating is just mindless eating rather than actual hunger. I can put away tons of junk food if I let myself go for it at night.
