yilundu He is kind of right and kind of wrong. If u put really little and then add some more soap the clothes will get cleaner. But if u already have enough adding more won't help. I think one cup is enough.

yilundu Try to find a free in which u can run swim and do other sports. Also eat less meat and more veggies, such is cabbage. Also don't drink or eat junk food. Try to eat more fish, shrimp and chicken breasts.
