zhizunbao im also like you.. go to sleep at mostly after midnight usually 12 to 1.00am and wake up in the morning at 8 am .. i was born at 12-1 pm in the afternoon.. but i think that method is not 100% correct. i think wake up early in the morning or sleep at midnight...
