I know there were a lot of circumstances that made very difficult an organised armed uprising against the Nazis. Jewish people didn't expected what did happened. So they accepted the gradual discriminatory policies. When the...

Angelwriter I'm certainly no expert, but I've read some about the Holocaust. Some other Jewish people did fight. You should look up information on a concentration camp called Sobibor. They staged an escape where, I believe, 300 people got out. Many got killed by the mines...

I cashed out a few days ago at a ptc site 2.29. Payout was 2.00. Today I go to site, and my balance is almost 3.00 there. I read an email that says they changed payouts to 4.00. Now, I dont have as much of a problem with them...

When I was younger I use to be wishwashy when making decisions. I had a hard time making decisions. A lot of the time my feelings and emotions clouded my judgement. Now I do a lot better. Thanks to my maturing since then. At times...

Last year, a research report revealed that people see women with makeup on as more reliable and skilled. Not any kind of makeup though. The dramatic one was rejected. And the natural look (nothing on) was behind also. Only the...

I do this more when I'm at Mum's because she's a bit obsessed with Quiz Shows. I think she likes to keep her brain active and shouting answers at the telly is a good way of letting everyone know she's not losing her...

Angelwriter I have books I haven't read, because I haven't got around to them, or I started and they didn't seem as interesting as I thought they'd be. But, I don't have any books that I have just to impress people. I only have books that I am interested in, or that I...

I've finally plucked up enough courage to try NaNo this year - that's NaNoWriMo, the National Novel Writing Month: an annual writing challenge to produce a 50,000-word novel between November 1st and 30th.
To be honest, the idea...

Angelwriter I'm doing it. I've lost track, but I think I've done it about 7 or 8 years now. For the longest time, I didn't join, because I thought it would be too hard. And, sometimes it is hard, and I didn't make it through a couple of years. But, I've won more than I...
