ChefMiguel My favourite is grilled mahi mahi. I just place a steak of fish on a buttered foil shaped into a small tray. Sprinkle on chopped garlic, sliced onion rings,sliced tomato, white pepper and a splash of soy sauce. Grill for 5 mins on each side.
