It’s an established idea isn’t it, that a coffee or two is what’s needed to get us going in the mornings and help us think more clearly and get things done.
Does it work for you?
I guess it might work if I lived in Italy, where...

Ms.Chelle In my 20s, working in offices, I drank at least 32-ounces of espresso a day. Over time, I eased off that to something weaker (I took my coffee black). Then, last year, I gave it up entirely, except one day a few months back. We got a new property manager, so...

As it is lightly raining we won't be mowing today. So I might pick enough of the elderberries to make some jelly today. I was going to wait until Wednesday. But I can do more then if I want.
I will try to get the spare bedroom...

At maybe 4 AM this morning, Kitty jumped in bed with me and demanded a purr fest. I gave her a good neck and back rub, and she settled in and fell asleep with me for an hour or so.
She jumped down at about 5 AM, and I slept well...

I have not been awakened by a headache for three weeks or so, but I was today. My sleep was very disrupted by just needing to get up for the bathroom. (TMI) Likely caused by me not wanting to get dehydrated.
I got up at 5 for a...

It has dropped to 82 F and the humidity really lowered this afternoon. We had a storm go over with very little rain from it. Just enough to dampen the grass but it cooled the air wonderfully.
I got the spare bedroom mostly swept...

Made the very difficult decision to let Brendel go on Thursday, June 13th. She would have turned 13 this September.
She had almost stopped eating. She would often go 1-2 days without eating at all. And when she did eat, it was...

He is back at the rehab facility. He checked his stash; and it appears that nothing was missing. His phone was still there as well.
He said coming back to the awful food was quite an eye-opener. He only ate part of his dinner....

Last month my dog started to vomit on his dinner and things went bad from there. It's been a while since I noticed a dog who is severely sick, specially if he has signs of Parvo. My technique was nothing short of rehydrating him...

Are you ever bothered by loud music, that vibrates and the ground shakes. Every now and then I will have days where this happens. It even has the walls shaking. I hate when that happens, it is very frustrating. When trying to read...

Ms.Chelle In Roanoke, Virginia, every night around 11:00 p.m., someone would pull into the parking lot of the convenience store on Shenandoah Blvd, blaring his car stereo so loudly that my entire house shook two blocks away from the place. I could see the car and store...
