Cherizette First don't stock up on things you like. If you don't have the things you like you wouldn't eat so much. I dink lots of lemon tea. I find the sourness of the lemon cuts the appetite. Try fasting to keep your mind off of food.

Cherizette Everyday I wish I can carry a light bag. Never happens. I always carry tissue, pads, my purse, I can leave my cell phone home, because I don't answer it when I'm out. Water for my girls and wipes to always wipe their hands.

Cherizette Pictures are great once they are concise. The best picture to depict happiness is one that shows kids laughing while doing something that brings happiness like eating ice-cream, or playing.
