nowadays ,yoga has become more and more popular ,many of my friends do yoga everyday ,and they also pesuade me to do yoga too.tehay say that yoga can make me slim . I wonder whether yoga can help me lose weight?

Creative123 Ofcourse yoga can help you losse weight and infact, besides doing yoga, you can practice few mudra's also that are very much beneficial in helping one reduce weight/fat... try doing Surya Mudra and Agni Mudra...you can know about them here and how this helps...
