Heather Echola Unfortunately falls happen too easily. I wonder if you twisted your knee when you fell and it is a little out of place. I have had that happen. Continue with the ice and elevation, and I hope it helps.

Heather Echola Impulsive grocery buys, I rationalize it as food and we need to eat, but we could do better. Occasional food out, especially if we have out of town appointments. Convenience stores. . . again for a quick meal or snack if traveling. So that is three.

Heather Echola Mostly we doctor nearby, except when hubby has the VA or in our current case cataract surgery. Putting some miles on the car with the followups with our regular eyedoctor. Bruno is usually nearby, no matter what I am doing.
