HelloMickey How old is your sister? I just cut carbs, as I know that too many carbs can cause high blood sugar and eventually it is stored as fat in our body. I still have 10 pounds to lose, hope I can make within these few months.

HelloMickey I never heard of it and I don't think eat nuts would get pimples. If you got pimples after eating nuts, maybe the nuts are roasted or deep fried, just look for nuts with original taste.
