After i was raw vegan i eat not much healthy. So i want to start this day with a healthy habits. I drink 1l water on empty stomach. I have fish for breakfast. During a day i will buy some fruits. Do you eat healthy?

Micharica I don't know about me being healthy, but I drank a lot, most of my food consist egg, tofu, vegetable. Sometimes meat but not that frequent. I rarely eat fruits tho.
