MrzRobinson Fav ice cream alone is mint chocolate chip. I eat that stuff so fast the spoon freezes! My fav way to eat ice cram though is a good vanilla bean ice cream covered with bananas, lots of chocolate syrup, pecans and whipped cream.

MrzRobinson I personally love to throw artichoke hearts quartered into a "sauce" with olive oil, garlic, toasted pine nuts, diced tomatoes and fresh basil. I serve this over whole wheat pasta...to die for.
