Sam Jest Fair play to that, for the roast potatoes you should crush a few cloves of garlic and put some fresh thyme and rosemary in the pan when you boil them before putting in the oven. Adds a nice flavour ;)

Sam Jest Dont know if you can get it out in the Phillipines, but i'm with Virgin and have never had a problem. Nice and speedy but the servers go down fairly often. Good thing is its usually fixed within the hour.
