SteveSlaton Assuming a passive life with little phyiscal exercise, you need at least 50 grams a protein a day. The only place you store protein is in muscle. The foods you listed are low in protein. Everything your body does requires protein. Take care.

SteveSlaton My friends when I was under 9 called me Stevie. Some would hear my father call me Stinky, and a few tried to also call me Stinky and got fat lips. Since, I found a very famous person was nicknamed Stinky, and have altered my view of the nickname.
