I sleep on my tummy with my hands straight and palms against my thighs. I don't use any pillow.

Stinto75 I totally agree with you!! If you are going to have a really good pillow,that's too expensive:( I love to sleep with 2 pillows but I have the other pillow under my arm instead.

me, normally just mumble something, put my head under the pillow and go back to sleeping...lol... Anyway, it depends on who it is, and why they disturbed me...If it's my son, then i never refuse him, so i get up...

Stinto75 Nooo ofcourse you didn't offend me:-)I have thought about it many times to quit spitting and I'm really ashamed about it and yes I think it's disgusting,it really is because I think it's disgusting to see others doing it offently. God bless you too:-D

Stinto75 Yes that is true but I find it difficult because she's a neighbour and I see her almost every day.I feel so week and dorky because when she sais hi I always answer nicely..I don't know what to do..it's difficult because she knows a couple of my friends too.
