Stinto75 I never drink warm water but my dietist has told me to drink 2 lukewarm glasses of water in the mornings.I didn't know why but maybe it is so that it's good for you?

me, normally just mumble something, put my head under the pillow and go back to sleeping...lol... Anyway, it depends on who it is, and why they disturbed me...If it's my son, then i never refuse him, so i get up...
