acampbell79 I believe it also has to do with how you treat your employees on a daily basis. If you are good to them regularly and you asked them to do one thing that they didn't comply with, then I don't see why they would be upset.

acampbell79 I get a long great with my mother-in-law. I mean, just as with my mother, I have my moments where I can't understand where she is coming from...but for the most part, she is great! I couldn't have asked for a better mother in law.

acampbell79 I am the same way. I try to avoid it as much as possible. I don't even like to ask my own parents to babysit for me. I would prefer to take my children with me, even when I have to go work. I don't like feeling like I'm putting someone out.
