My friends lally told me that dancing is one of the good exercise for less weight. It just like walking, because our body is working and release lots of fats and we get sweating..She is right?

AMain23 The good news is that yes, your friend is absolutely right. When your dancing your body is in constant motion, you are sweating ( like other users have stated), your heart rate is elevated ( which burns calories), and it is excellent at toning your body....

How long have you known your best friend? How did you meet? I met mine when I was in 7th grade. His parents owned an ice cream parlor in my neighborhood and I used to go in there to play the video games.

AMain23 Thanks for the response! The cost of living is a BIG factor in why we are trying to move there. For our two bedroom condo here in Chicago we could get a beautiful 5 bedroom home there. Wit having a new baby and two dogs it is time to leave the windy city!
