angel08 I don't give them junk food when they're still toddler, only now that they are adolescents, they do eat . but I always tell them not to eat many junk food coz all junk foods have MSG it's not good for our health.

angel08 It's in your mind tell yourself that you want to stop smoking,you can try to eat candy everytime you want to smoke. or go to doctor and ask them the remedy to stop smoking. you're still very younger do it as soon as possible

angel08 I took up commerce , before we called it practicum it's when you are in 3rd year they let you experience to work in company . you have to complete like 500hrs. I work in a bank and I enjoyed it there. Good luck to you and I know you'll enjoy working there.
