solution to USB Device not recognized..!!

When I pluck-in the USB cable of my external drive to my pc, it shows "USB device not recognized" Can anyone tell me how to make my hard drive working again as I'm unable to open it.

ariq01 PC is better than mac i think :) If you want your pc is'nt has virus, you must install 1 antivirus (like avast, avira, etc) and 1 firewall (smadav, windows defender, etc)
