My oldest is going to be 12 soon... that's definitly too young. He's not very mature, and most of the time I don't trust him home...

autismmom2 In our case it would depend on the other person's disability/issue. My children are autistic, so my 8 year old would stare at your leg as she walked up to you, point and ask very loudly what it was, or what's wrong with you. I might let her ask you as long as...

My toddler son has spina bifida. As a result his legs are weak. It took him a long time to be able to crawl and for ages he did that combat style. Now he can do normal crawling and then kneel up. My dogs sit on my sofa and my...

My son is 6 years old and has Autism. He doesn't sleep. It's driving me insane. He's up until 1, sometimes 2 in the morning. Which, paired with his 730 waking time in the morning makes both of us cranky and makes him have a lot of...

UGH! It is something that I hate to do because I would rather be outside, so I have devised a plan that will get my spring cleaning done without wasting a whole day to do it.
I plan to do one room each day until I am done. I...

I always pack my daughter's lunch for school in the morning. There have been a couple of times when I packed it at night before I went to bed. I must have had extra energy on those nights. It just makes the morning so much easier...

autismmom2 I would also think sleep apnea. That's when you stop breathing long enough for your brain to wake you up to breathe and go back to sleep. Since your body is waking all night, you're tired during the day.
I used to be beyond tired all day, but couldn't fall...

My 4 year old is lightly medicated for aggression, and has a lot of allergies. His night time meds help him sleep great! Without the meds, he tosses and...
