auyuelin I think listen to some classic music is also a perfect choice, when i feel sleepless, i would like to take out my mp3 and setted to turn off in half an hour and then listen to some classic music, it really work.

auyuelin I think McAfee is a good antivirus software and it is cheap,very useful. If you want free antivirus,maybe Avira and mircosoftpoint are good choices,but you can not use both of them,if that,your computer will have some problems.
