bluebells_mercury ya i either have a glass of fresh juice or i try to have a fruit per day. its because it reduces the fat content in out body, brings more shine to skin, helps in hair growth and health wise also it does wonders.. so i have it daily.

bluebells_mercury i eat ruits after dinner. i always prefer hot milk or sweets or fruits after dinner. i enjoy eating furts like banana,pomogranate,mango,custurd apple and litchies.
