casasn Focusing on the problems brings more problems so why add more to what we already have? Seeing the solutions minimize the problem and give us the tools to deal with them effectively and get rid of them.

casasn Naps are healthy and gives you some extra energy for the rest of the day. I take a nap every day after coming from work. Thirty minutes to an hour would do it. Then I'm ready for the rest of my chores. Keep doing it.

casasn Definitely coffee. Coming from a Hispanic country, that is a must to wake up my senses in the morning. I also enjoy tea, especially, green tea with milk, once a day, at night and mint tea to spice me up.

casasn Back in my country I would go to the beach and sat there for hours. Now that the nearest beach is five hours from me, I changed it for the park. Taking a good walk surrounded by nature is a blessed experience and helps me revitalize.
