cockadoodledoo My kids come straight home from school. Ocassionally if I am not at home, I will make sure that someone else can pick them up. Apart from being to dangerous, I wouldnt be able to trust my kids both home alone.

cockadoodledoo I dont keep a diary/journal with my thoughts in it, but I do keep one for appointments and another one that tells me where I spent my money.

I don't think so. I think all parenting skills vary, but that doesn't mean that one practice is better than the other. I think it also depends on the child as well. Every child requires a different level of discipline and lesson....

cockadoodledoo I have some from school that were placed in a photo album that cant be removed now. They would come apart if they did. My most important certificates are kept in my job folder as I feel that they are safe and I know where to find them when the time comes.

cockadoodledoo There is so much that makes me laugh LOL!! I laugh for hours every day and I reckon thats why I dont have any wrinkles. My friends 2yo pulls the funniest of faces and I can sit there and watch him all day. The more I laugh at his faces, the more he does it.

cockadoodledoo My cat is just over 2 years old. Her first and only catch was a magpie that she bought up to the front doormat and left it there. I dont think she knew what to do with it then. She loves to catch a moth or 2 but now the magpies swoop her all the time.

cockadoodledoo I was quite 'chuffed' that both of my boys first word was 'mum'. I guess this was because I was the one that spent the most time with them.
