Whats your favourite way to eat tofu?

I really like tofu when its done right. My favourite way to eat it is fried with curry and rice. there is a little Japanese restaurant across the street from my work that serves it this way and it is delicious!

daisybird Umm...I think i like tofu soup best.I also like eat tofu with spicy source,fried tofu is not bad too...Anyways,tofu is also one of my favorite food.
