danja1992 like somewhat else said curl ups are good for back of thighs. you can also use an elliptical to firm your whole legs and butt. some ellipticals have the option to change angle to simulate running up a hill and that will target different areas for specifically....

danja1992 I don't know of many new bands but i recommend going to last.fm and searching for the type of music you like and they will show related artists and you can keep looking for music you've never heard through that way. I know it's helped me find bands and groups...

danja1992 I'm not sure what you are getting at here. I'm guessing you meant lose and if you did than ya i do agree with what you are saying. Pretending is just fantasy and can't really benefit you. If you lose, at least you tried and had a chance.
