Darroch Hope you don't need to do too much snow-shovelling. It is lovely to look at, but I know can be a pain if paths and driveways have to be cleared.

Darroch I have never used walking poles when I've gone walking, but I do know lots of people that say you should to prevent damaging knees, etc. Glad that you have found your walking poles helped.
