Deborah-Diane @JudyEv - I was given a very similar device after my lung cancer surgery. It was hard at first, but is now quite easy. I have other breathing exercises I do, too. I still get short of breath easily, but hopefully that will eventually improve.

Deborah-Diane @JudyEv - No matter where in the world you are in the hospital, we all look just as bad. The good thing is that all those tubes and wires are helping him heal. I'm sure he will feel a little better every day, but the exhaustion will take a while.
