Emeka Uzuegbu firstly, let him cut the relashionship with the friends that smoke. Then let him develope another habit like chewing gum when ever he feels like a smoke.

Emeka Uzuegbu I think practical training is good. But they also need the theoritical area too. They have to have an in deepth knowledge if the two are used, but more of practical.

Emeka Uzuegbu unfortunately i do not have to conserve water. there is too much water in my country. but the Arabs should start freezing water in a way that it will remain frozen for days or months. The technicalities i do not know yet.
