enigma_85 Most of the girls like to keep long nails as their hobby or as a fashion trend. Nail polish looks good on long nails. Apart from that I don't see any reason for them to grow nail. I always keep my nails short and trimmed!

enigma_85 Yes to salt. I add salt in everything I eat except for fruits. I need salt and pepper in potato chips and egg recipes. Otherwise no. Being an Indian I cannot cook any dishes without salt and chilly ground.
