Call center has been a boom in our contry. I'm not working in a call center, but I used to see it in the television, and read it in the newspaper. But i still don't know what's in this business? I mean what do you do in such work...

g_aileen09 call center agents earn more than a regular office clerk. besides, if you have the guts to apply as a call center agent and pass all the interviews and necessary trainings, you are in. unlike when you apply as an office clerk, you get to earn the minimum wage...
