gknott Where I live it is only pizza/subs and chinese that can be delivered. Where I work about 30 miles away they have delivery services that pickup from a number of different resturants for a fee, so you can get just about anything.

gknott I usually do 2 dollars. I don't know why but I don't think the 15% applies here when they don't have to be nice or come back to check on you. It's mainly a delivery fee is how I see it.
