Vivian Sudhir Yes, I drink lemon juice but I prefer black tea. It helps settle my system (but I have to pee all the same!) and make me more energetic. I sometimes add ginger, it adds kick to the drink.

Vivian Sudhir I sleep soon as I lay down that is I have no problems falling asleep. As to the amount of sleep, like you, I sleep 8 hours. On holidays, I sleep more and if I am on an assignment, I sleep less.
