Sometimes I have problems going to sleep I will be sleepy but when I lay down I can't go to sleep. I take medicine for mitro valve prolapse so I can't take any sleeping medication.

I am trying to stop smoking and I tried cold turkey and I couldn't do it, I tried the gum, the patches and the pills. Has anyone quit and been sucessful at quitting and how did you do it?
