idsparty first u should see the inner cpu fan and smps fan, if both r rotating well then u just change the power supply unit of u r cpu it may resolve ur prob

idsparty itz only basic system itz cpus are atom processors so they don't have huge resources to run huge appilications like PS,MF or other multimedia appilications.Thus they are intended for office appilications like word,powerpoint and internet needs
