Steve Marshall That's a heavy load for a pickup truck. Maybe the driver did commit a crime, as any load with something sticking out like that, should have a red flag tied to it to alert other drivers of the overhang.

Steve Marshall Always a bit dangerous to go for such a walk like that on your own, and at his age too. He should have been more prepared, and perhaps taken a companion with him too. It was good that he was rescued, comparatively unscathed.

Steve Marshall If you own a boat, you need to be responsible for it, or risk losing it like this. A hard lesson for anyone to learn, especially if this guy's boat is confiscated. Perhaps, he will be sent the bill, for its removal, too.

Steve Marshall Opossums are only small critters, so might be hard to catch, but they do not run that fast, only 4 to 7 miles per hour, so it was good they caught it, before a speeding car killed the poor creature with its babies too.
