Hey guys. I noticed about 2 hours ago, the back ache I had from morning just got worse and it's definitely doesn't feel like a muscular sprain. Is there any possibility for it to be a 'slip disk'? Should I visit a physician?

jennifer611 if it only just started today, I would say try taking a hot bath, or laying with a heating pad or maybe some pain meds and rest. if it hurts after a few days then maybe make an appointment but sometimes it can be due to just sleeping wrong or something.
