jera09 My usual duration of using computer is only at least 12 hours in a day. During working hours, I usually start at 8am and end at 7pm. But, i use to continue when Im at home.

jera09 My earliest sleeping time as of now is 12am. I know this isn't healthy but I just can't sleep earlier than that, though I feel tired at work. Though I sleep that quite late, I can still manage to wake up early.
