joddie I think the two goes hand in hand. Even if you had a diploma but you lack the knowledge, then you will have difficulty finding a job and vice versa. Companies nowadays need workers who are degree holders.

joddie In the company i'm working, overtime is not a problem. We have an 8hr/day, 5 days/week work. However, we do stay at the office to finish all the day's work and be ready for the next day for mostly 10 hours and yet we don't charge the company for the overtime....
