joycepapas i sleep late too but just until 11 or 12pm the most. However, i wake up early around 6 or 7am. It's been my attitude like that. I'm busy with my pc at night.

joycepapas It you want to lose weight, i suggest you drink water 1 hr. after meal, in this way ur stomach won't bloat. I prefer to drink luke warm water then cold water every after meal. This will help burn fats.
