kehyrie I seldom experience what you're experiencing maybe because I don't have kids so it's not that stressful. Maybe you could try to drink milk or tea or something that contains tryptophan. Tryptophan is said to help us sleep. :)

kehyrie I usually say or express to my parents and siblings how much I love them. I do that to my friends (the closest ones) as well. But I have never tried expressing my feelings to a guy I like. I just don't have the guts to do so. :)
