kehyrie All of us commit mistakes so I guess there is no such thing as a perfect family. But mistakes are not that bad because it teaches each member of the family to act responsibly. And I think that it allows them to grow together. :)

kehyrie I seldom experience what you're experiencing maybe because I don't have kids so it's not that stressful. Maybe you could try to drink milk or tea or something that contains tryptophan. Tryptophan is said to help us sleep. :)
